Reviewed September 22, 2017
We recommend visiting Turkey, it is a beautiful secure Country. Specially visiting Ephesus was a great experience do much to see and learn. Our Tour Guide Tugrul Sokmen was the best, he explained every single detail and history of Ephesus, The Virgin Mary site, we saw how they make those beautiful rugs and took us to have a delicious typical lunch. The pick up was punctual it was a full day tour but it was so interesting that you don't feel the time. Thanks to Tugrul Sokmen for the excellent knowledgeable tour we enjoyed it and we recommend him 100%

A day of discovery in Ephesus!
Reviewed October 29, 2016
We spent the whole day around Kusadasi and Ephesus with Tugral and could not have been more satisfied! Tugral is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining what you are seeing in a way that is easy to understand. He took us to the museum first to give us a base of info before we explored the ruins - a big plus in our opinion. We will definitely use Tugral again on our next trip to Turkey.

Wonderful experience for abled and disabled
Reviewed July 2, 2016

Tugrul did a terrific job of navigating the area and knew exactly where my husband's wheelchair could go with the least amount of challenges. It was amazing that my husband could see what he saw. Tugrul was hands-on the whole time helping my husband navigate through the cobblestones and ruins. (and by helping I mean pushed him the whole time! ) Always a smile on his face and a willingness to help!

Tugrul is very very knowledgeable and presents himself well. He's got the kind of personality where you feel like you are on vacation with an old friend. The icing on the cake was that on the ride up and back he not only told us about the areas we were driving through but also came and sat with us in the back so that we could hear every word. Every other tour guide that we had on our vacation sat in the front with the driver. It was hard for a disabled person sitting in the back to hear. There is no problem hearing Tugrul.
I did a lot of research for accessible tours and I have to say this is stellar and you would not go wrong by hiring him.

You won't go wrong with Tugrul

Tugrul was the absolute perfect tour guide for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and really knew how to navigate through. Additionally his personality is just so great that you feel like you are on vacation with an old friend and not a tour guide that you just met.
I highly recommend him, as does my entire family.

Not to be missed!

Just returned from a 17 day trip to Europe and this tour, expertly guided by Turgrul, was the highlight. His knowledge, impeccable English and ability to tailor the tour to your preferences made for the best tour we did on the trip. The spectacular ruins of Ephasus, an amazing and authentic lunch served at a rural restaurant and the information provided during the walking tour by Turgrul combined to make this a truly memorable day. Cannot recommend a tour, or guide, more highly.

FABULOUS DAY IN EPHESUS AND SIRINCE WITH TUGRUL!!!!

Reviewed October 1, 2015
My husband and I had the perfect day with Tugrul! Our private tour began when he met us as we disembarked our cruise ship for a day of ruins in Ephesus and a visit to the village of Sirince. We have previously visited these sights with a different private tour company 18 months ago, and while we had a good day then, our experience with Tugrul was far superior. He is a warm, gentle soul with a wealth of information. He knows every little detail about Ephesus and his English is perfect, perfect, perfect! We is extremely gracious and his passion for sharing his country with us was crystal clear. He really wanted us to have a great day, and we did! One of the things that we really enjoy doing when we travel is to get a sense of daily life in the locale we are visiting. I had mentioned this to Tugrul in emails preparing for our tour, and he definitely delivered. When he walked with us through Sirince, he made sure that we had personal interactions with the people who lived there. We met a young woman baking bread in an outdoor oven. Tugrul purchased a loaf to take home to his wife, but he made sure that we sampled a taste first. The bread was divine! Then, we visited a restaurant, where we met the "best" chef in Sirince to see what was being prepared for the evening. Of course that came with a taste, too. Lastly, we met an elderly woman with the most expressive face and radiant blue eyes. She was lovely, and Tugrul engaged her in conversation in the kindest, sweetest way. By the end of our visit, we really felt like we experienced daily life with the locals. At the end of our tour, Tugrul returned us to the cruise ship, but in about 10 or 15 minutes, I realized that I had left my "favorite" hat in his car. I thought I'd never see it again. We called Tugrul to see if he was still nearby. Although he had traveled a distance from the ship already, he immediately turned around to bring my hat to me. Tugrul is a real gentleman, and HE is the reason that your day at Ephesus and Sirince was so magical. Thank you, Tugrul, for making magical memories for us! Don't miss out - book Tugrul for your tour in Kusadasi! You will be glad you did!
